病毒性脑膜炎是一种较常见的自限性疾病,一般治疗及时,预后良好。但若诊断错误,处理不当则会产生后遗症,给病人带来痛苦。现将我科1985～1988年间确诊为病毒性脑膜炎而住院治疗的30例临床资料总结如下,特别对其中半数病例的误诊原因进行剖析,以便从中吸取教训。一、临床资料 1.一般资料男19例,女11例。年龄15～51岁,其中24例20～35岁。有受凉诱因发病者7例。发热28例,体温多在37.5～39℃。平均住院日数22天。痊愈21例,好转8例,自动出院1例。
Viral meningitis is a more common self-limiting disease that is generally treated promptly with a good prognosis. However, if the diagnosis is wrong, improper handling will have sequelae and cause patient suffering. Now my department from 1985 to 1988 was diagnosed as viral meningitis and hospitalization of 30 cases of clinical data summarized as follows, in particular, the reason of misdiagnosis in which half of cases analyzed in order to learn from. First, the clinical data 1. General information 19 males and 11 females. Aged 15 to 51 years old, of which 24 cases 20 to 35 years old. There are 7 cases of cold inducement. Fever in 28 cases, body temperature more than 37.5 ~ 39 ℃. The average length of stay is 22 days. 21 cases were cured, 8 cases improved, 1 case was discharged automatically.
