目的解决社会人群的健康需求,出院患者的康复指导,将医疗服务由院内延伸到社会。方法通过健康服务热线呼叫平台,实施健康知识教育、门诊就医流程咨询、专家门诊预约指导、专家介绍、住院流程咨询、患者住院答疑、出院患者康复指导、复诊须知、医保农保等卫生政策咨询、接受医疗服务投诉等全方位的立体化服务。结果为3万余人次提供健康帮助,得到社会的广泛关注,取得良好的社会效益。结论健康服务热线的建立能拓宽医院服务范围和渠道,充实医院整体医疗服务的内涵和外延,提高患者的满意度及社会的认可度。
Objective To address the health needs of the community and the rehabilitation guidance of discharged patients, and extend the medical service from the hospital to the community. Methods Through the health service hotline call platform, the implementation of health knowledge education, outpatient medical treatment process consultation, expert outpatient appointment guidance, expert introduction, inpatient process consultation, patient inpatient answering, discharged patient rehabilitation guidance, referral notice, health insurance and other health policy advice, Medical services to accept a full range of complaints and other three-dimensional services. The results provided health assistance for more than 30,000 people, received wide attention from society and achieved good social benefits. Conclusion The establishment of the Health Service Hotline can broaden the scope and channels of hospital services, enrich the connotation and extension of the overall hospital medical services, and enhance patient satisfaction and social acceptance.
