随着腔内泌尿外科技术的发展,临床上应用软性内窥镜有逐渐增多的趋势.1992年9月～1993年9月,我们作了软性膀胱镜(简称软、镜)检查术320例,现报告如下.资料与方法男性280例,女性40例.年龄14～88岁,平均66岁.其中膀胱癌53例(37例为术后随访者),前列腺增生180例,膀胱颈部硬化症15例,膀胱结石7例,膀胱与后尿道炎症40例,尿道异物2例,其它23例.软镜为日本潘太克斯公司制造的ECY-15P型.外径 4.9mm(14.7Fr),操作进水孔道2.0mm(6Fr),视野角120°(空气中)与83°(水中),前端弯曲角向上220°、向下90°.患者可取截石位或平卧位.
