目的观察参竹精片的抗疲劳及抗氧化作用。方法选择120只昆明小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、参竹精片0.5 g/kg、0.25 g/kg、0.125 g/kg组和六味地黄丸对照组,用不同剂量的参竹精片灌胃治疗7 d,正常对照组给予等量生理盐水,各组于末次给药后2 h,随机选其中50%小鼠,尾根部负荷2 g铅丝,观察小鼠的力竭游泳时间;另50%小鼠尾根部负荷0.4 g铅丝,测定心肌和肌肉的SOD、MDA含量。另选择144只昆明小鼠分组和给药方法同上,各组于末次给药后,随机选其中50%小鼠,1次性灌胃给予50%乙醇0.4 m L/只,测定酒精性肝损伤小鼠血清和肝组织的MDA、SOD含量;另50%小鼠取大脑组织制成10%脑匀浆,加入Fe~(2+)-Vit C溶液,测定脑组织MDA、SOD含量。结果参竹精片能延长小鼠力竭游泳时间(P﹤0.05),提高心肌SOD活力(P﹤0.05),降低肌肉MDA含量(P﹤0.05);降低酒精性肝损伤小鼠血清和肝组织MDA含量(P<0.01),增加SOD含量(P<0.01);减少脑损伤小鼠MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论参竹精片通过抗氧化作用,能够提高心肌、肌肉和肝组织的能量代谢,具有较好的抗疲劳作用。

Conclusion Shenqian fine tablet can improve the energy metabolism of myocardium, muscle and liver tissue through anti-oxidation, and has good anti-fatigue effect.
