There is a fact that can not be ignored - when the stamps were sprouted in the 1940s, all philatelic collectors started collecting philatelic letters from collection of ticketing tickets. At that time, the view was that the collection of old tickets (letter sales ticket) is a philatelic collection of new votes (unused tickets) not philatelic. Therefore, more than 100 years ago the philatelics in order to get more letters of sale, at no expense from the post office bought a full version of the new ticket used to send a letter, and even salesperson on the spot stamped. Today, it is unrealistic that the philatelic subjects’ philatelic purposes and methods have undergone fundamental changes and then the original philatelic points of view.
