目的研究全自动清洗机在呼吸机管路消毒中的应用价值。方法对北京同仁医院回收的505个呼吸机管路进行回收、清洗消毒、干燥、包装、灭菌、下送等6个步骤进行处理,然后进行目测法和实验室监测进行评价。结果清洗消毒后的管路目测法清洁度合格率100%,随机采样清洗消毒后的呼吸机管路及附件共54份,进行细菌培养,结果全部未检出存活细菌,达到监测标准。结论应用全自动清洗机进行呼吸机管路消毒,既能保证消毒质量,又能提高无菌保存期。
Objective To study the application of automatic washing machine in the disinfection of ventilator pipelines. Methods The 505 ventilator lines recovered by Beijing Tongren Hospital were collected, cleaned, disinfected, dried, packed, sterilized and sent to six steps for treatment. Then visual assessment and laboratory monitoring were carried out. Results After the cleaning and disinfection, the purity of the pipeline was 100%, and 54 samples were taken from the ventilator pipeline and accessories after random sampling and cleaning. All the bacteria were not detected and reached the monitoring standard. Conclusion The use of automatic washing machine for ventilator pipeline disinfection, both to ensure the quality of disinfection, but also improve the shelf life of aseptic.
