设计对比试验,对普通沥青、加入发泡剂(Aspha-min)的泡沫沥青的粘度-温度曲线进行研究分析。参照AASHTO沥青结合料PG规范,分别以动态剪切流变试验、弯曲蠕变劲度试验来评价胶结料的高温性能、抗疲劳、低温性能。结果表明:目前的粘度测量方法不适合发泡沥青温拌,即沥青混合料粘温曲线确定施工温度的方法,对于温拌工艺失效;Aspha-min温拌泡沫沥青胶结料高温劲度、蠕变劲度均降低,因此Aspha-min温拌沥青混合料的高温抗车辙能力减弱(生产温度降低引起沥青弱老化也是其原因之一),其抗裂性能增强。
The comparative test was designed to study the viscosity-temperature curve of common asphalts and foam asphalts with addition of foaming agent (Aspha-min). Referring to the AASHTO asphalt binder PG specification, the dynamic shear rheological test and the flexural creep stiffness test were respectively used to evaluate the high temperature performance, fatigue resistance and low temperature performance of the cementitious material. The results show that the current viscosity measurement method is not suitable for warm mixing of foamed asphalt, that is, the method of determining the construction temperature by the viscosity-temperature curve of asphalt mixture, and has no effect on the warm mix process. Aspha-min temperature- Therefore, Aspha-min warm mix asphalt mixture has a lower ability to resist rutting at high temperatures (one of the causes of the weakening of asphalt caused by the decrease of production temperature), and its cracking resistance is enhanced.
