[目的]研究二氧化碳气调胁迫对昆虫机体SOD酶活性的影响,以分析气调胁迫对昆虫作用的生物学机制。[方法]采用氯化硝基四氮唑蓝光还原法,研究药材甲、烟草甲、和咖啡豆象3种昆虫SOD酶的活性,分析该酶在CO2气调胁迫下的应激反应。[结果]高浓度二氧化碳气调胁迫处理3、6h时,药材甲、烟草甲和咖啡豆象成虫SOD酶活力均有一定程度的持续升高,其中处理6h,其活力升高显著,分别由对照2.011±0.954、2.664±0.218、1.458±0.718U/(头·30min)上升到3.135±0.105、3.050±0.673、2.975±0.229U/(头·30min)。[结论]在亚致死事件范围内,高浓度二氧化碳气调胁迫对中药材储藏期害虫SOD酶活力有一定激活作用。研究结果可丰富气调杀虫机理及昆虫抗气性分析的理论体系。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of carbon-dioxide stress on the activity of SOD in insects to analyze the biological mechanism of the effects of stress on insects. [Method] The SOD activity of three kinds of insects such as A, C and C was studied by using nitroblue tetrazolium blue photoluminescence. The stress response of the enzyme under carbon dioxide stress was analyzed. [Result] The results showed that the activities of SOD in the medicinal material A, the tobacco A and the coffee beans increased to a certain extent when treated with high concentration carbon dioxide for 3 and 6 h, respectively. The activities of SOD increased significantly after being treated for 6 h, 2.011 ± 0.954,2.664 ± 0.218,1.458 ± 0.718U / (first 30min) to 3.135 ± 0.105,3.050 ± 0.673,2.975 ± 0.229U / (first 30min). [Conclusion] In the range of sublethal events, high-concentration carbon dioxide stress could activate SOD activity of pests in the storage period of Chinese herbs. The results of this study can enrich the theoretical system of the mechanism of insecticidal action of gas and insect gas resistance.
