本文实验表明克感平口服液对伤寒副伤寒甲乙三联菌苗感染引起的高热家兔具有明显的降温作用，效果与阿司匹林相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。体外可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌。对４种动物炎症模型均有显著的抑制作用。急性扁桃体炎治愈率达９８．２０％，平均治疗天数３．４４ｄ。
The experimental results show that Keganping oral liquid on the typhoid and paratyphoid A and B triple infection caused by fever in rabbits with significant cooling effect, the effect compared with aspirin no significant difference (P> 0.05). Staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus can be inhibited in vitro. The four kinds of animal models of inflammation have a significant inhibitory effect. Acute tonsillitis cure rate was 98.20%, the average treatment days 3.44d.
