今天,教师肩负着“使全体学生走上成才之路,将他们培养成不同层次的人才”的重任。作为教师,应该注重在教学中激发每个学生的学习积极性,特别是那些学困生。为此,我们应当如何在教学中营造良好氛围,帮他们脱困乐学,跟上大部队的步伐呢?这是摆在我们每个教师面前的一个研究课题,本文结合笔者在科学教学中的实际情况谈谈如何转化学困生方面的一些有效的做法。
Today, teachers shoulder the heavy task of “enabling all students to become successful and cultivating them into talents at different levels”. As a teacher, we should pay attention to inspire each student’s enthusiasm in teaching, especially those who are poor students.
