通过平板筛选,从土壤中分离出1株菌株Y31,并对该菌株进行形态观察、生理生化试验、16S r DNA序列分析以及产物的薄层层析鉴定。结果表明,Y31菌株初步鉴定为短乳杆菌变种,能够以丙酸为唯一碳源发酵生产3-羟基丙酸。
A strain Y31 was isolated from soil by plate screening. Morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests, 16S r DNA sequence analysis and TLC identification of the product were carried out. The results showed that Y31 strain was initially identified as a brevis Lactobacillus brevis and could ferment 3-hydroxypropionic acid with propionic acid as sole carbon source.
