目的:开发、优化手术室人力资源的方法。方法:通过向社会公开招聘高级医疗辅助人员,经过系统的培训考核后担任传统手术室护士从事的手术室间接、非专业性护理工作。结果:建立了一支相对稳定、高素质的高级医辅队伍,在保证护理工作安全的前提下节约出手术室护士10名,降低了用人成本、提高了工作效率和手术室护士的满意度。结论:高级医辅人员可以承担手术室间接和非专业性护理工作。
Objective: To develop and optimize the method of operating room human resources. Methods: Through the recruitment of senior medical assistants to the public, after the systematic training and assessment, the traditional operating room nurses engaged in the operating room indirect and non-professional nursing work. Results: A relatively stable and high-quality medical team was set up to save 10 operating room nurses while ensuring the safety of nursing work, which reduced the cost of employment and improved the work efficiency and satisfaction of operating room nurses. Conclusion: Senior medical and nursing staff can undertake indirect and non-professional nursing in operating room.
