目的 :动态地观察单侧喉返神经切断后 ,健侧环杓后肌酶组织化学和结构的改变。方法 :健康杂种犬 9只 ,其中 7只的右侧喉返神经切除 2 cm,近心端结扎并缝于皮下。分别取术后 2、4、6、8、10、2 0周犬健侧环杓后肌与正常犬的环杓后肌进行对照 ,以观察健侧酶组织化学和结构的变化。结果 :去神经后 2、4、6、8、10周 ,健侧肌纤维直径增大 ,丁二酰脱氢酶 (SDH )活性增加但无统计学意义 ;2 0周健侧肌纤维直径和 SDH酶活性明显增加(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :去神经后 2 0周 ,健侧肌纤维的直径和 SDH酶活性代偿性增加。
OBJECTIVE: To dynamically observe the changes of enzymatic histochemistry and structure of the contralateral coccyx after unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve. Methods: Nine healthy mongrel dogs (7 cm) were resected on the right side of the recurrent laryngeal nerve (2 cm). The proximal end was ligated and sutured subcutaneously. The activities of contralateral circumferior circumflex and normal canine posterior circumdius were compared at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 20 weeks after operation to observe the histochemical and structural changes. RESULTS: At 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks after denervation, the diameter of the contralateral muscle fibers increased and the activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) increased but no statistical significance. The diameters of the contralateral muscle fibers and the SDH enzyme Activity increased significantly (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Diastolic diameter and SDH activity of the contralateral muscle fibers compensatory increase at 20 weeks after denervation.
