目的了解肥胖学生血糖、血脂水平,为心血管疾病的早期预防提供科学依据。方法在生长发育监测数据基础上,根据BMI指数确定肥胖儿童,以学号建立抽样框架,随机抽取海淀区2 920名肥胖儿童进行调查。结果调查对象血糖和血脂的平均水平处于参考值范围之内,男生血糖和三酰甘油水平高于女生,高密度脂蛋白水平低于女生(P值均<0.05);从指标异常情况来看,血糖、血脂水平均正常的比例不到50%,58.0%的调查对象具有1个及以上的指标异常,具有2种及以上异常指标的构成比例高达33.8%,总胆固醇的异常率最高(39.1%),高密度脂蛋白的异常率最低(4.2%)。男生三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白异常率均高于女生(P值均<0.05)。BMI等级与肥胖儿童的血糖血脂指标异常数量之间存在一定的等级相关性(r=0.144,P<0.01)。结论肥胖儿童血糖、血脂指标异常率较高,异常指标的个数与BMI之间存在一定程度的相关性。
Objective To understand the blood glucose and lipid levels of obese students and provide a scientific basis for the early prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Methods Based on the data of growth and development monitoring, obese children were identified according to the BMI index and a sampling frame was established based on the student number. A random sample of 2 920 obese children in Haidian District were investigated. Results The average level of blood glucose and blood lipid in the surveyed subjects was within the reference range. The blood sugar and triglyceride levels of boys were higher than those of girls and the levels of high density lipoprotein were lower than those of girls (all P <0.05) 58.0% of the respondents had one or more abnormalities, 33.8% of them had two or more abnormalities, and the total abnormal rate of total cholesterol was the highest (39.1% ), The lowest rate of abnormal HDL (4.2%). The abnormal rates of triglyceride and high density lipoprotein in boys were higher than those in girls (P <0.05). There was a certain level of correlation between BMI level and abnormal number of blood glucose and lipid in obese children (r = 0.144, P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormal rate of blood glucose and blood lipid in obese children is high, and there is a certain degree of correlation between the number of abnormal indexes and BMI.
