体育运动所产生的疲劳也称运动性疲劳。它是指人体运动到一定时候,运动能力以及身体机能暂时下降的正常生理现象,是一种警报信号,或者说是一种保持健康的保险阈。在运动中出现一定程度的疲劳,标志着体育锻炼引起的肌体具有较大的负荷,进而产生运动适应,获得超量恢复的效果,日积月累,使体质逐步增强。相反,如果在锻炼过程中吝惜体力,锻炼后没有任何疲劳感,则说明运动量太小,对身体各器官系统刺激太小,而锻炼效果不大。所以有人说“没有疲劳就没有训练。”
