利用有限元耦合场数值模拟计算方法,对钢板控冷设备中四支管结构管路的流场进行了三维稳态数值模拟,分析了喷嘴管直径、喷嘴管高度、支管直径以及入口管进水流速等参数对各喷嘴管出口流量均匀性的影响.模拟结果表明:喷嘴管直径、支管直径、入口管进水流速对各喷嘴管出口流量均匀性影响较大,而喷嘴管高度对各喷嘴管出口流量均匀性影响较小.
Three-dimensional steady-state numerical simulation of the flow field of the four-pipe structure piping in the steel controlled cooling equipment was carried out by using the numerical simulation of finite element coupled field.
