目的通过琼州学院教职工对校医院服务形象的评价,客观全面地认识和解决当前校医院服务层面所存在的问题,有助于更好地提升校医院服务形象,从而有力维护高校平稳发展,共同构建和谐校园。方法向全校教职工随机发放“校医院服务形象调查问卷”200份,采用SAS6.12统计软件对实验数据进行分析处理。结果有效问卷177份,有效问卷回收率为88.5%。4个维度的评价由高到低依次为:硬件质量、服务态度、服务管理、医务人员医术水平。女性评价均低于男性、行政人员评价略高于教师的评价、不同教育程度教职工对校医院服务形象各维度的评价差异无统计学意义、不同年龄教职工对硬件质量维度的评价差异有统计学意义。结论教职工对校医院服务形象现状总体评价一般,校医院需进一步提升其服务形象。
Objective To evaluate objectively and comprehensively the problems existing in the service level of the current school hospital by objectively and comprehensively evaluating the service image of the school hospitals by Qiongzhou University faculty to help improve the service image of the school hospitals so as to effectively safeguard the smooth development of the university and to jointly Build a harmonious campus.
