[目的 ]探讨广西藤茶中双氢杨梅树皮素对小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。 [方法 ]采用四氯化碳和 D-半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤的模型 ,观察双氢杨梅树皮素对小鼠功能指标 AL T和 AST水平的影响。 [结果 ]双氢杨梅树皮素有效地抑制四氯化碳和 D-半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤的血清 AL T和 AST的升高 ,与空白对照组比较差异有显著性。 [结论 ]双氢杨梅树皮素能有效地保护小鼠急性化学性肝损伤。
[Objective] To explore the protective effect of dihydromyricetin on the acute chemical liver injury in mice in Guangxi vine tea. [Methods] The model of acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and D-galactose in mice was used to observe the effects of dihydromyricetin on the AL T and AST levels of functional parameters in mice. [Results] Dihydromyricetin effectively inhibited the increase of serum AL T and AST in acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and D-galactose in mice, and there was significant difference compared with the blank control group. [Conclusion] Dihydromyricetin can effectively protect acute chemical liver injury in mice.
