据WHO统计,全世界有1.4亿人生活在海拔2500米以上的高山地带,由于高原低压性缺氧环境的影响,全世界有560万人罹患高原病或称高山适应不全。其中,高原心脏病(HAHD)是高山适应不全的一种主要形式。我国3000米以上土地约占国土面积1/6,生活在青藏高原4000米以上的极高海拔地就有60万人,而且有大量人群从低海拔地区移居或旅居高原,应该说拥有最大规模的易感人群和患病人群。
According to WHO statistics, there are 140 million people in the world living in mountainous areas above 2,500 meters above sea level. Due to the hypoxic hypoxia in the plateau, 5.6 million people in the world suffer from plateau disease or alpine insufficiency. Among them, high altitude heart disease (HAHD) is a major form of alpine insufficiency. Over 3000 meters of land in China accounts for about 1/6 of the land area, living in the Tibetan Plateau at 4000 meters above the very high altitude there are 60 million people, and there are a large number of people from low altitude migrate or living in the plateau, it should be said that has the largest Susceptible and affected people.
