着重介绍了中洛复线加降凝剂输送3次现场试验,通过热力与水力计算,说明中洛复线可采用隔站点炉运行方式;根据对管道等效结蜡厚度变化规律的讨论,评述了低输量加剂输送管道结蜡规律和清蜡措施;分析了等效结蜡厚度与管道传热系数的关系,认为随着等效结蜡厚度的增加管道的传热系数将随之降低。采用加剂综合处理工艺以降低原油的凝点和粘度,保持一定的结蜡凝油层厚度以降低管道的传热系数,是实现安全经济运行的两个基本条件。在现场试验的基础上,提出了低输量加剂输送管道经济运行的基本原理,根据不同季节,采用不同的热力越站方式,达到尽可能节约燃油的目的,为中洛复线及其它低输量运行管道采用安全经济的输送方式提供了试验和理论依据。
This paper mainly introduces three field tests of Zhongluo double-line plus pour point depressant. Through the calculation of heat and hydraulic power, it shows that Zhonglu line can run at every point. Based on the discussion of the change rule of equivalent paraffin wax thickness, And the relationship between the equivalent wax thickness and the heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline was analyzed. It is concluded that the heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline will decrease with the increase of the equivalent wax thickness. Adopting additive comprehensive treatment technology to reduce the freezing point and viscosity of crude oil and to maintain a certain thickness of the waxy oil-pouring layer to reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline are two basic conditions for achieving safe and economical operation. On the basis of the field test, the basic principle of economic operation of low-volume additive pipeline is put forward. According to different seasons, different thermodynamic cross-station method is adopted to achieve the purpose of saving fuel as much as possible. The amount of running pipelines is safe and economical, which provides the experimental and theoretical basis.
