哈尔滨汽轮机厂为了提高铸铁车间清理工场行车的起重能力,在厂房不加固、不停产的条件下,把原安装在跨度为16.5米的两台10吨桥式吊车拆去一台,另安装一台自行设计制造的轻型20吨保安单主梁吊车,这台吊车的外形如图1所示。改装后,承载能力能使两台行车不在同一跨梁上同时满载。该老厂房吊车梁原设计能承受最大剪力为29吨;最大弯矩为37.8吨·米。而20吨保安单主梁吊车自重为15.5吨;最大轮压14吨:吊车梁上最大剪力为30.2吨;最大弯矩为39.7吨·米。从以上这些数据看出,改装成20吨保安单主梁吊车后,承载能力超出原厂房承载能力,但不到5%,所以老广房不需加固,
Harbin Steam Turbine Works In order to improve the lifting capacity of cast iron workshop clean-up workshop, under the condition of no reinforcement and no stoppage of production in the workshop, two 10-ton bridge cranes with a span of 16.5 meters were demolished and another Taiwan’s own design and manufacture of light 20-ton security single girder crane, the outline of this crane shown in Figure 1. After modification, the carrying capacity enables the two trains to be not loaded on the same beam at the same time. The weight of 20 tons of security girder crane is 15.5 tons; maximum wheel pressure of 14 tons: crane beam maximum shear force of 30.2 tons; maximum bending moment of 39.7 tons · m. It can be seen from the above data that after being converted into a 20-ton security single-girder crane, the carrying capacity exceeds the carrying capacity of the original factory but less than 5%, so the old broad-type house does not need to be reinforced,
