目的:研究甲酸钠对辐射损伤的抑制作用。方法:采用溶血试验,受照小鼠肝、肾组织谷胱甘肽测定,受照质粒 P U C19 D N A 链断裂测定作为检测指标。结果:甲酸钠能明显抑制紫外线致红细胞溶血作用( P< 001) ;明显提高经60 Co γ射线照射的小鼠肝、肾组织谷胱甘肽水平( P< 005 或 P< 001) ;明显抑制经60 Co γ射线照射的质粒 P U C19 超螺旋构象百分率的下降( P< 005 和 P<001) 。结论:甲酸钠能清除辐射引起的自由基损伤,具有防辐射作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of sodium formate on radiation injury. Methods: The hemolytic test was used to determine the glutathione in the liver and kidney of the irradiated mice. The detection of the P U C19 D N A chain of the irradiated plasmid was used as the detection index. Results: Sodium formate significantly inhibited the hemolysis of erythrocytes induced by ultraviolet (P <001), and significantly increased the levels of glutathione (P <005 or P <0) in the liver and kidney of mice irradiated with 60 Co γ ray 01). The percentage of conformational hyperpointession of plasmid P U C19 irradiated by 60Co γ ray was significantly inhibited (P <005 and P <001). CONCLUSION: Sodium formate can eliminate free radical damage caused by radiation and has radiation protection effect.
