随时大数据时代的到来,企业的发展模式发生着改变,这导致企业思想政治工作的开展,无论是从观念、思想还是从方式、方法上都发生重要的改变。我们应充分发挥大数据给企业教育模式带来的转变,以此对职工的思想进行更深层次的教育与指导。大数据特点包含数据量大、种类复杂、传播速度快等,正全方位改变人类观察与探索世界的思维方式。在这种时代背景下,企业思想政治教育也面临深刻变革和发展机遇,要做到在这种机遇与挑战并存的形势中趋利避害,最大化地挖掘与利用大数据。本文针对大数据对企业思想政治教育产生的影响,以及带来的机遇和挑战进行分析,有针对性地提出一些改革措施,旨在提高大数据在职工思想教育中的实效性作用。
At any time in the era of big data, the development model of enterprises has undergone a change. This has led to the development of the ideological and political work of enterprises, both in concept, in thinking and in methods and methods. We should give full play to the transformation brought by the big data to the enterprise education mode, in order to educate and guide the workers’ ideology in a deeper level. Big data features include a large amount of data, complex types, fast propagation, etc., are all-round changes in human observation and exploration of the world’s way of thinking. In this era, ideological and political education in enterprises is also faced with profound changes and opportunities for development. We should try our best to avoid disadvantages and minimize the opportunities and challenges, and maximize the exploitation and utilization of big data. This paper analyzes the impact of big data on the ideological and political education of enterprises, as well as the opportunities and challenges brought by it, and puts forward some reform measures in a targeted manner in order to improve the effectiveness of big data in the ideological and political education of workers.
