本文用SUMT优化方法编制了一个通用优化程序和几个专用优化程序,并对拉深压力机进行优化设计。对有特殊工作行程要求的拉深压力机列出速度公式,用双目标优化设计获得一个兼顾两方面特性的最佳机构,获得机构的速度、行程、加速度等,并用计算机绘制曲线。这机构的工作行程特别长,在工作行程中具有均匀而较低的速度。文中分析了六杆机构的运动学特性,导出了确定工作行程在曲柄转角中位置的方法。对机构优化设计的初始值选择作了改进,制定了用分块网格法搜索初始值的方法。
In this paper, a general optimization program and several special optimization programs are compiled by SUMT optimization method, and the design of deep drawing press is optimized. Draw the speed formula for the drawing press with special work schedule, get the best organization with both characteristics by using two-objective optimization design, get the speed, stroke and acceleration of the organization, draw the curve with the computer. The agency has a particularly long working schedule, with a uniform and low rate of travel. In this paper, the kinematics characteristics of the six-bar mechanism are analyzed and the method of determining the position of the working stroke in the crank angle is derived. The selection of the initial value of the mechanism optimization design is improved, and a method of searching the initial value by the block-grid method is developed.
