探讨了青藏客车轮缘异常磨耗的原因,针对LM型轮缘踏面外形与50kg/m钢轨匹配不良的问题,基于现场测试的车轮外形数据,重新设计了与60kg/m钢轨和50kg/m钢轨配合时轮缘磨耗折中的QZ型轮缘踏面外形和检修用薄轮缘QZ—28型轮缘踏面外形,并对新踏面的动力学性能进行了分析。针对实际使用情况,建议车轮旋修时采用QZ—28外形。
This paper discusses the reason of the abnormal wear on the rim of Qingzang bus.
