目的 应用支架解除气道狭窄 ,保持呼吸道通畅。资料与方法 13例气道狭窄患者 ,包括肿瘤性狭窄 11例 ,结核性 2例 ,用内镜或在内镜的帮助下 ,经透视定位将支架放置在狭窄部位。结果 13例共放置 17枚支架 ,全部释放成功 ,立即解除了呼吸困难的症状。气管 2处 3枚支架 ;左主支气管 5处 5枚支架 ;右主支气管及中间支气管 6处 9枚支架。支气管肺癌患者的中位生存期为 2个月 ,食管癌患者的中位生存期为 3个月 ;2例支气管内膜结核随访 36个月良好。 1例支架移位和 1例Gianturco Z形支架发生胸主动脉破裂严重并发症。结论 金属支架对于解除呼吸道狭窄十分有效
Objective To relieve airway stenosis and maintain airway patency. Materials and Methods Thirteen cases of airway stenosis, including 11 cases of neoplastic stenosis and 2 cases of tuberculosis, were treated with endoscopic or endoscopic fixation. The stent was placed in the stenosis by fluoroscopy. Results A total of 17 stents were placed in 13 cases, all of which were successfully released and immediately relieved the symptoms of dyspnea. Trachea 2 at 3 stent; left main bronchus 5 at 5 brackets; right main bronchus and bronchus 6 at 9 brackets. The median survival of patients with bronchial lung cancer was 2 months, and the median survival of patients with esophageal cancer was 3 months. Two cases of endobronchial tuberculosis were followed up for 36 months. One case of stent displacement and one case of Gianturco Z stent suffered a serious complication of thoracic aortic rupture. Conclusion Metal stent is very effective in relieving airway stenosis
