随着我国经济结构调整的不断深入,因国企下岗职工增多,帮助他们提高就业、创业能力和适应市场变化能力。把再就业培训和再创业培训有机地结合起来,加强对失业人员的系统职业技能教育,提高企业和国家经济竞争力的必由之路。面对新的社会阶层的出现和劳动力整体结构的不断变化,我们必须突破传统思想观念的束缚,以崭新的思路来探索再就业培训工作的新模式。
With the continuous deepening of China’s economic restructuring, the number of laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises has increased to help them improve their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities and to adapt to market changes. The re-employment training and reinvestment training organically combine to strengthen the system of vocational and technical education for unemployed people, improve the economic competitiveness of enterprises and the country the only way. Faced with the emergence of new social strata and the ever-changing workforce structure, we must break through the shackles of traditional ideas and concepts and explore new modes of reemployment training with new ideas.
