本文报道首次用发射区自对准CMOS/TTL兼容工艺实现的模拟四象限乘除器.实验测得这种乘除器在输入电压是电源电压1/3范围内具有非线性失真小于1%,偏离电压小至几毫伏和输入动态范围超过电源电压一半等特性.
This paper reports the first simulation of a four-quadrant multiplier with emitter / receiver self-aligned CMOS / TTL compatible technology.Experiments show that this multiplier has a nonlinear distortion of less than 1% when the input voltage is 1/3 of the supply voltage, As small as a few millivolts and input dynamic range of more than half the power supply voltage and other characteristics.
