目的:观察人牙周膜细胞生物学特性表达。方法:采用细胞克隆技术,以细胞的牙骨质附着蛋白( C A P) 亲和力、碱性磷酸酶( A L P) 表达率和细胞的钙化能力为指标,对5 名患者的5 个正常前磨牙的牙周膜( P D L) 细胞进行了初步的鉴定。结果:在接种的669 个克隆细胞中,仅有43 .6 % 的克隆细胞具有持续增殖潜力。在这些生长克隆细胞中,非钙化细胞所占比例要多于钙化细胞,但这两类细胞中分别存在着 A L P 表达和 C A P 亲和力有着不同表现的细胞。结论:牙周膜中存在有不同表现型的细胞。提示牙周组织再生是一复杂的过程。这些细胞在牙周组织再生中起着什么作用,尚待进一步研究。
Objective: To observe the biological characteristics of human periodontal ligament cells. Methods: Cell cloning technique was used to detect the expression of C A P, the expression of ALP and the calcification ability of cells in 5 normal subjects Periodontal ligament (PDL) cells of molars were preliminarily identified. Results: Of the 669 colonies inoculated, only 43 were found. Six percent of cloned cells have a constant proliferative potential. In these growing clonal cells, the proportion of non-calcified cells accounted for more than calcified cells, but there are two types of cells, respectively, A L P expression and C A P affinity have different manifestations of the cells. Conclusion: There are different phenotype cells in periodontal ligament. Suggest that periodontal tissue regeneration is a complex process. What role these cells play in periodontal regeneration remains to be further studied.
