以“津研4号”黄瓜为试材,研究了一氧化氮和铁氰化钾对镉胁迫的缓解作用。结果表明:以硝普钠为外源一氧化氮供体可以显著缓解镉胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制,硝普钠可以促进幼苗的生长,缓解镉胁迫对幼苗生长的抑制作用;铁氰化钾处理后与镉相比,无明显变化;镉毒害后,叶片表现出明显的失绿现象,通过施加硝普钠提高了叶片中色素的含量,提高了叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度;同时,硝普钠可以提高镉胁迫下黄瓜叶片中抗氧化酶的活性及抗氧化能力,降低了丙二醛和H2O2积累。
The effect of cadmium stress on nitric oxide and potassium ferricyanide was studied using “Jinyan No.4” cucumber as test material.
