目的探讨细胞凋亡及Bcl-2蛋白表达与神经母细胞瘤(NB)发生发展和预后的关系。方法应用SAB免疫组化及TUNEL技术对17例NB中Bcl-2蛋白表达及细胞凋亡进行检测。结果年龄<1岁、Ⅰ～Ⅱ及Ⅳ S期、F型NB凋亡指数(AI)显著高于年龄>1岁,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期及UF型。AI与BFI呈负相关。结论 BEI与AI可作为判断NB生物学特性和预后的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the apoptosis and the expression of Bcl-2 and the development and prognosis of neuroblastoma (NB). Methods SAB immunohistochemistry and TUNEL technique were used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and apoptosis in 17 cases of NB. Results Age <1 year old, Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ and Ⅳ S stage, F-type NB apoptosis index (AI) was significantly higher than the age> 1 year old, Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ and UF type. AI was negatively correlated with BFI. Conclusions BEI and AI can be used as an important index to judge the biological characteristics and prognosis of NB.
