深圳市有台资企业数百家,现有60万员工,2002年台资企业90%以上都赢利。为了探寻台资企业管理的奥秘,我在深圳一家超大型台湾独资企业工作了一段时间。由于职业的习惯,我在帮助这家公司工作的同时,也在进行细密的观察。很多问题萦绕在我的脑际:为什么台资企业能有这么快的发展?台资企业和国有企业在人的管理方面有哪些不同?一样的人,为什么在台资企业里却创造了较高的效率?等等。我试图从管理、人性和党务工作的多重角度找到答案。在这里我对观察到的现象做一些介绍,或许对同行们有所帮助。
There are hundreds of Taiwan-funded enterprises in Shenzhen, with 600,000 employees. In 2002, over 90% of Taiwan-funded enterprises made profits. In order to find out the mystery of the management of Taiwan-funded enterprises, I worked in a very large Taiwan-owned enterprise in Shenzhen for some time. Due to my professional habits, I was working closely with the company while I was working on it. Many problems linger in my mind: Why Taiwan-funded enterprises can have such rapid development? Taiwan-funded enterprises and state-owned enterprises in the management of what is the difference? The same people, why the Taiwan-funded enterprises have created a higher Efficiency? And so on. I tried to find the answer from the multiple angles of management, humanity and party work. Here I introduce some of the observed phenomena, may be helpful to their colleagues.
