去甲肾上腺素(NE)50μg·kg ̄(-1)自兔耳静脉注入引起心肌cAMP浓度升高,肌膜Ca ̄(2+)-ATP酶及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性减低,预先iv硫酸镁可以有效地阻抗NE引起的这些心肌生化改变,表明镁对NE体内水平过高时引起的心肌膜酶损害具有一定的保护作用。
The intranuclear injection of 50μg · kg -1 norepinephrine (NE) caused the increase of myocardial cAMP concentration and the decrease of Ca 2+ -ATPase and SOD activity iv Magnesium sulfate effectively counteracts these myocardial biochemical changes caused by NE, suggesting that magnesium has a protective effect on myocardial membrane enzymes induced by excessive levels of NE in vivo.
