在模态分析的各种试验方法之中,用力锤产生脉冲激励的方法是最简单快速的一种,因而得到广泛的注意和应用。但由于这种激励方式完全靠人工来掌握,所以试验的品质在很大程度上取决于试验实施者对试验方法的理解和经验。本文根据近年来国内外有关敲击法的资料和工作中的体会,对试验中应注意的一些问题和影响试验品质的主要因素进行了总结归纳,提供试验工作者参考。在进行锤击试验时,必须具备下述设备:带有力传感器的手锤,测量响应的传感器,调制信号的前置放大器,观察波形的示波器,防止频率混淆的低通滤波器,进行传递函数分析的数据处理设备。如需对传递函数进一步进行参数识别,尚需有模态分析仪或带有参数识别程序的通用
Among the various experimental methods for modal analysis, the method of generating pulsed excitation by a hammer is one of the simplest and fastest, and thus has attracted a great deal of attention and application. However, since this type of incentive is entirely human-based, the quality of the test depends very much on the experimenter’s understanding and experience of the test method. Based on the data of domestic and foreign percussion law and the experience in the work in recent years, this paper summarizes some problems that should be paid attention to in the experiment and the main factors that affect the quality of the test, and provides the reference for the experimenter.
