黑龙江省绿色食品产业经过18年的快速发展,目前已实现了速度、质量、效益的协调统一,总量规模持续扩大,品牌效应进一步增强,为提升我国农产品质量安全水平、促进农民增收、扩大农产品出口发挥了积极的示范带动作用。本文运用投入弹性系数方法对绿色食品产业经济增长方式进行判断。以求得在绿色食品产业中加大技术创新,并通过生产性服务业和信息化提高绿色食品产业的竞争力。
