目的:研究盐酸小檗碱、葛根素配伍肠吸收变化情况。方法:采用在体大鼠肠回流实验,通过回流液在肠道中循环前后药量的变化,比较不同剂量盐酸小檗碱(3、6、12 mg/kg)、葛根素(4.4、8.8、17.6 mg/kg)配伍肠吸收变化情况。结果:不同剂量葛根素(4.4、8.8、17.6 mg/kg)对盐酸小檗碱(8.8 mg/kg)在肠道部位的Pa和Ka无显著影响(P>0.05);盐酸小檗碱在低剂量(3 mg/kg)时对葛根素(10 mg/kg)的吸收无显著影响,随着盐酸小檗碱剂量的提高,可逐步提高葛根素的吸收程度和速度。结论:葛根素对盐酸小檗碱肠吸收影响不明显,而盐酸小檗碱对葛根素肠吸收有促进作用。
Objective: To study the changes of berberine hydrochloride and puerarin in combination with intestinal absorption. Methods: The intestinal reflux experiments were conducted in rats and the dosage of berberine hydrochloride (3, 6, 12 mg / kg) and puerarin (4.4, 8.8, 17.6 mg / kg) Intestinal absorption changes. Results: Different concentrations of puerarin (4.4, 8.8 and 17.6 mg / kg) had no effect on Pa and Ka in the intestinal tract of berberine hydrochloride (8.8 mg / kg) (P> 0.05) At the dose of 3 mg / kg, the absorption of puerarin (10 mg / kg) had no significant effect. With the increase of dose of berberine, the degree and speed of puerarin absorption could be gradually increased. CONCLUSION: Puerarin has no obvious effect on intestinal absorption of berberine hydrochloride, but berberine can promote intestinal absorption of puerarin.
