玉屏风散出自《丹溪心法》,笔者将散剂改为汤剂,运用于临床,每获良效。现举例报道如下: 1 崩漏 张某,女,32岁,已婚,干部,1998年4月12日初诊。患者近半年经期紊乱,每月数见,淋漓而下。曾在某院作妇科及B超检查,子宫及附件等未见异常,诊断为:功能性子宫出血。肌注黄体酮、安络血,疗效不显。曾用中药治疗,所用药物多为炭类收涩之品,阴道出血反而增多。经人 Yu Pingfeng was dispelled from the “Danxi Heart Method”.
