目的 :探讨数字化模型外科在牙颌面畸形治疗中的应用价值。方法 :选取15例牙颌面畸形患者,通过CT重建模型与激光扫描牙列模型,构建数字化颅颌面-牙列模型,在此基础上进行手术设计,并且三维打印板及导板,指导手术。术后3个月进行面部对称性及手术精确度评价。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术虚拟设计、板和导板三维打印以及正颌手术。偏颌畸形患者术后对称性明显改善,术后CT模型与术前设计比较,最大差异度<2 mm。结论:利用数字化模型外科可进行手术设计,模拟,预测,并且可以三维打印板及导板指导手术,在牙颌面畸形的治疗中具有广泛的应用价值,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the value of digital model surgery in the treatment of dento-maxillofacial deformity. Methods: Fifteen patients with dental and maxillofacial deformities were enrolled in this study. A digital craniofacial-dentition model was constructed by CT reconstruction model and laser scanning dentition model. On the basis of this, surgical design, 3D printing plate and guide plate were performed. Three months after surgery, facial symmetry and surgical accuracy were evaluated. Results: All patients successfully completed the virtual surgery design, 3D printing of plates and guides, and orthognathic surgery. The postoperative symmetry of patients with mandibular maxillary deformity was significantly improved. The difference of postoperative CT model and preoperative design was less than 2 mm. CONCLUSIONS: Digital surgery can be used to design, simulate and predict surgery. It can be used to guide the operation of three-dimensional printing plate and guide plate. It has wide application value in the treatment of dento-maxillofacial deformity and is worthy of clinical promotion.
