118例复治涂阳肺结核病人短程化疗,其中3HSRZ/6HRE方案52例、3HSRZE/6HRE方案66例。两组9个月时的痰菌累计阴转率分别为96.2％和96.7％;3个月末的培养及涂片阴性率分别为78.9％、84.9％和53.9％、43.9％。涂阳与培阳病例相比,涂阳阴转速度慢,两组的前3个月内的的阴转率差异均有统计学意义,9个月无差异。肝功出现异常两组分别为3例(5.8％)和4例(6.1％);关节疼的分别为2例(3.8％)和4例(6.1％)。
118 cases of retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients with short-course chemotherapy, including 3 cases of 3HSRZ / 6HRE program in 52 cases, 3HSRZE / 6HRE program in 66 cases. The cumulative negative conversion rates of sputum at 9 months were 96.2% and 96.7% respectively. The negative rates of culture and smear at the end of 3 months were 78.9%, 84.9% and 53.9%, 43.9% respectively. Compared with smear-positive cases, smear positive yin slow speed, two groups within the first 3 months of the negative conversion rate were statistically significant, 9 months no difference. There were 3 cases (5.8%) and 4 cases (6.1%) of abnormal liver function in two groups, 2 cases (3.8%) and 4 cases (6.1%) of joint pain respectively.
