“男主外,女主内”的传统家庭分工有着深厚的历史文化渊源,本文从人类学角度分析了其合理性的一面,并指出了现代家庭分工模式的弊端。本文的结论是,虽然中国传统的家庭夫妇分工模式有弊端,但不能否认其合理性一面,在文化交流过程中,对两种模式应该采取取其精华,弃其糟粕的辩证的态度。 The traditional family division of labor between male and female advocates has a deep historical and cultural origins. This paper analyzes its rationality from the perspective of anthropology and points out the drawbacks of modern family division of labor. The conclusion of this paper is that although the traditional mode of division of labor between husband and wife in our country has disadvantages, we can not deny its rationality. In the process of cultural exchange, we should take the dialectical attitude of taking the best of both models and abandoning their dross.
