有效的培训,不仅可以提升员工的个人素质和技能而使员工受益,而且可以增加企业产出的效益和组织凝聚力,促进企业的长期战略发展。笔者结合培训教学实践认为:有效的课前准备是有效培训的前提和基础,而有效的课前准备必须要解决三个问题:和谁说、说什么、怎么说。只有解决好这三个问题,才能有效的提高培训效果。
Effective training not only enhances the personal qualities and skills of employees, but also benefits employees. It can also increase the output of enterprises and cohesion and promote the long-term strategic development of enterprises. The author thinks that the effective pre-lesson preparation is the prerequisite and basis of effective training. The effective pre-lesson preparation must solve three problems: who should say and what to say and how to say it. Only by solving these three problems can we effectively improve the training effect.
