目的:研究麋鹿角补阳作用。方法:复制氢化可的松致大鼠阳虚证模型,以麋鹿角不同提取部位给药,测定大鼠体重,血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ATCH)、皮质醇(CORT)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、免疫球蛋白G(lg G)、免疫球蛋白M(lg M)、环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(c GMP)水平,胸腺、脾脏及肾脏指数。结果:肾阳虚模型大鼠血清ATCH、CORT、T3、T4、T、lg G、lg M含量和c AMP/c GMP比值均低于正常对照组,胸腺、脾脏、肾脏指数及体重明显低于正常对照组,E2和TSH水平均明显高于正常对照组。与模型组相比,麋鹿角粉、水提取物及水提药渣组大鼠血清ATCH、CORT、T3、T4、T、lg G、lg M水平和c AMP/c GMP比值均明显升高,胸腺、脾脏、肾脏指数显著增加,E2和TSH水平明显下降,体重下降趋势得到改善,表明麋鹿角各部位均可不同程度促进肾阳虚大鼠体征的改善。从对各指标的改善作用综合分析可以得出,麋鹿角粉组、水提取物组和药渣组均在2g/kg剂量时优于1g/kg,且麋鹿角粉组和水提取物2g/kg剂量组不如麋鹿角药渣2g/kg剂量组效果显著。结论:麋鹿角能明显改善氢化可的松肾阳虚模型大鼠症状,其补阳功效与调节机体内分泌、免疫功能等密切相关。

From the comprehensive analysis of the improvement of the indicators, it can be concluded that the elk horn powder group, the water extract group and the dregs group are superior to 1g / kg at the dose of 2g / kg, and the elk antler powder group and the water extract 2g / kg dose group than Elk antler dregs 2g / kg dose group effect is significant. Conclusion: Elk antlers can significantly improve the symptoms of hydrocortisone deficiency in rats, and the effect of supplementing Yang is closely related to the regulation of endocrine and immune function.
