《中华人民共和国消费者权益保障法》第三十五条规定:“消费者在购买使用商品时,其合法权益受到损害的,可以向销售者要求赔偿。”在日常生活中,消费者权益受到损害的事例时有发生,特别是一些老年人因信息思维等方面原因,在消费过程中,不很知道注意收存购物或接受服务后的各种证据。当自己的合法权益受到损害时,因证据不全而难以得到应有的赔偿。
