目的探讨采用医学图像分析软件辅助三维CT测量计算眼眶容积的方法及其可靠性。方法19具干颅,男性11例,女性8例。行颅骨CT扫描,将数据以DICOM格式输入图像分析软件,通过眼眶边界描绘、三维图像生成,计算出眶腔容积。与手工测量所得结果进行统计学比较,评价该方法的可靠性。结果平均眶容积为(23.70±2.17)ml,左右侧及男女间无统计学意义,软件测量和手工测量间的相关系数为0.989,线性回归方程为:手工测量值=0.901×软件测量值+2.555ml。软件测量的精确度为1.38%。结论以CT扫描数据为基础,利用软件进行眶容积测量是一种可靠的眶容积定量评价方法。
Objective To discuss the method and reliability of calculating orbital volume by using medical image analysis software to aid three-dimensional computed tomography (CT). Method 19 with dry skull, 11 males and 8 females. Skull CT scan, the data input to DICOM format image analysis software, through the orbital boundary delineation, three-dimensional image generation, orbital volume calculated. The results of manual measurement and statistical comparison to evaluate the reliability of the method. Results The mean orbital volume was (23.70 ± 2.17) ml, with no significant difference between left and right sides and between men and women. The correlation coefficient between software measurement and manual measurement was 0.989. The linear regression equation was: manual measurement = 0.901 × software measurement +2.555 ml. Software measurement accuracy of 1.38%. Conclusions Based on CT scan data, the measurement of orbital volume using software is a reliable quantitative assessment of orbital volume.
