１９９７年以来，由于东南亚金融风波的影响，我国金融风险问题受到国内理论界的普遍关注，政府也保持高度警惕，采取多种措施防范和化解它对经济的影响。但是，人们似乎对与之紧密关联的财政风险却未引起足够的重视。其实，财政风险即使在我国也是不可避免地客观存在着的，从一定意义上说，金融风险最终也是财政风险。因此，提高对财政风险的认识并重视对风险的研究和防范，显得尤为重要和紧迫。本文从财政风险的成因分析入手，提出了财政风险防范的对策建议 Since 1997, due to the financial turmoil in Southeast Asia, the financial risk problem in our country has drawn widespread concern in the domestic theoretical circles.
