为了贯彻落实中央关于治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序、全面深化改革的方针,实现省委、省政府提出的今年全省农业有一个好收成,物价上涨幅度明显低于去年,社会治安秩序明显好于去年,党的建设工作尤其是廉政工作的成效显著大于去年的要求,各级党政机关及其工作人员的带头作用具有决定性的意义。因此,各级党政机关必须大力加强自身建设。去年年底以来,省直机关和一些地市党政机关,先后开展了“做人民公仆,办改革实事,创廉洁机关”的活动,对加强党政机关自身建设起了积极作用。省委、省政府决定普遍推广这一做法,把这项活动在全省各级党政机关广泛开展起来,并以此作为今后一个时期党政机关文明建设的主要内容。现将有关事项通知如下: In order to implement the policy of the Central Government on governing the economic environment, reorganizing the economic order and deepening the reform in an all-round way, and achieving a good harvest in agriculture in this province this year as proposed by the provincial party committee and government, the price increase rate is obviously lower than that of last year.
