为探索高危岗位员工安全事故发生概率与人机作业效率的平衡性机制,分析安全注意力与其影响因素间的因果关系,基于系统动力学(SD)原理,构建高危工作情境下安全注意力的影响因素系统模型。以煤矿矿工为研究对象,运用Vensim软件进行模拟仿真试验,探究矿工在特定系统变量条件下安全注意力专注、衰减及专注-衰减-专注过程的变化过程。结果表明,合理安排矿工的工作和休息时间能够保证安全事故发生概率与人机作业效率平衡性,并可降低矿工安全事故的发生概率。
In order to explore the balance mechanism between the probability of safety accidents and the efficiency of man-machine operation in high-risk positions, the causal relationship between safety attention and its influencing factors was analyzed. Based on the principle of system dynamics (SD), the influence of safety attention in constructing high-risk work environment Factor system model Taking miners as the research object, this paper uses Vensim software to simulate and test the process of concentration, attenuation and focus-decay-focus process of miners under the conditions of certain system variables. The results show that the reasonable arrangement of miners’ work and rest time can ensure the safety accident probability and man-machine operation efficiency balance, and reduce the probability of miners accidents.
