本文在梳理工作环境内涵和工作满意度概念的基础上,根据对北京、上海、广东、天津、浙江等农民工输入大省,以及河南、广西、四川、湖南、福建、江西等农民工输出大省的问卷调查研究,构建了影响新生代农民工工作环境满意度的指标体系,并在此基础上运用结构方程模型方法,对民营中小企业新生代工作环境满意度进行实证分析。结果发现,各初阶因素对高阶因素工作环境满意度解释能力排序为:企业场所环境、企业劳动环境、劳动者心理环境、劳动者人际关系环境。
Based on the conception of work environment connotation and job satisfaction, this dissertation analyzes the connotation and work satisfaction of migrant workers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin and Zhejiang and other migrant workers in Henan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Hunan, Fujian and Jiangxi The provincial questionnaire survey to establish an index system that affects the satisfaction of the working environment of the new generation of migrant workers, and on the basis of this structural equation modeling method to empirical analysis of the satisfaction of the Cenozoic working environment of private SMEs. The results showed that all the first-order factors ranked the order of satisfaction of high-order factor work environment as follows: environment of enterprise environment, working environment of enterprise, psychological environment of laborer and interpersonal environment of laborer.
