测定空气中的游离二氧化硅虽有多种方法,但普通实验室易于开展的仍然是焦磷酸熔融法,即GBZ/T192.4—2007的第4部分[1]。该法操作过程简单,但对温度控制、时间控制均有较高的要求,而从实验原理分析,实验结果实际上针对的是所有在245℃附近不溶于焦磷酸且在常温下不溶于稀盐酸的物质,不只限于游离二氧化硅。影响该法测定结果的干扰因素[2-3],通常来自于方法的控制、非二氧化硅成分和测定空白3个方面。
