按心理活动的投射机制,人们会“把属于自己的特性、感情、态度等等看作或转嫁为别人所具有。比如,当你觉得甲喜爱你,实际是你对甲的喜爱,被投射到了甲的身上;你认为丙讨嫌你,实际上反映出丙是你憎恶的对象。”张正东《外语教育学》1987著名的罗森塔尔效应(暗含期待),即为投射机制的表现。所以当教师把后进生看作是学不好的材料之时,就把自己的厌恶投射到他们身上,并因此感到他们不愿学,不能学,这就丧失了改善的前提。在明白了这个基本道理之后,我带着改革的愿望,学习了外语立体化教学法,并据此分析了后进生的所在及其形成原因,摸索到了一点改善对策。

This results in the loss of the premise of improvement. Having understood this basic principle, I took the desire of reform and studied the foreign language three-dimensional teaching method. Based on this, I analyzed the whereabouts of post-graduation students and the reasons for their formation and found a little improvement measures.
